Greg is the founder and principal in Ivie Law Group, LLC, a private law firm in Las Vegas that concentrates on representing parents of children entitled to special education in the public schools. Formerly, Greg was the deputy director of the Children’s Attorneys Project (CAP) and directing attorney for the Special Education Unit at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. Several years of experience in special education cemented his interest in special education and disability-related cases and inspired him to open his own firm.
Greg’s involvement in the disability field began when he worked as direct-care staff in a group home sponsored by Desert Regional Center. He also has been a camp counselor for developmentally disabled persons locally. A native Las Vegas, Greg attended the public schools in Las Vegas. He cares deeply about the issues facing parents with children with disabilities.

A native of New York, and the mother of a child with a disability, Anne has lived in Nevada for many years. As a specialist in special education law, she has a long-standing commitment to children with disabilities. She was the first professional disability advocate in southern Nevada working for the State Protection and Advocacy (P & A) agency and subsequently served as the regional director for that agency. She later held the position of special education compliance administrator in the Clark County School District. As a special education compliance consultant she worked on two class action lawsuits outside Nevada.
After a six-year hiatus in the design industry, she joined the Special Education Department at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, where she worked with Greg Ivie. In October 2014 she joined Greg in his private practice.
